Refund policy

We will do our best to honor size exchanges but otherwise ALL SALES ARE FINAL

 

Returns 
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and with hang tags still attached. Please email us for authorization number and details: info@preppypop.com 

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Clearance items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately clearance/discontinued items cannot be refunded or exchanged. This exclusion does not apply to promotional sales.

We offer free size exchanges and returns so just send us an email and we are happy to send you a pre-paid shipping label to process your return.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
